You can book an appointment through our website's booking system (Treatwell). We recommend scheduling your appointment in advance to ensure availability.

Do you offer consultations?
Yes, we offer personalized consultations, which deep dive into your skin type, requirements, lifestyle habits and decide on which treatments will be best for you. Consultations last for 30 minutes and cost £40.

What should I expect during my first visit?
During your first visit, you will undergo a thorough skin analysis and consultation. Our skincare specialists will discuss your skin concerns and goals, and recommend a personalized treatment plan.

What types of treatments do you offer?

Can I bring someone with me to my appointment?
Due to safety and sanitation purposes, please attend your appointment alone.
Plus ones are not permitted under any circumstances, this includes children and pets.

What happens if I'm late for my appointment?
If you are running late for your appointment, please let us know. You will be given a 10 minute grace period.
However, any lateness beyond this point may result in your appointment being cancelled.
Please be advised that the duration of your treatment may be reduced in order to accommodate the late start.

What is your cancellation policy?
We require at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice, including “no shows” will result in the full treatment cost being charged.
