I had my first facial at Skin Vault London today, and Savannah was absolutely brilliant. I’ve had facials before, but nothing comes close to the level of luxury and attention to detail I experienced here.

The studio itself is stunning— its chic, themed, has a calming aesthetic that sets the perfect tone the moment you walk in. Savannah greets you warmly and offers a silk robe, along with water and delicious custom cookies (a delightful touch I wish I’d taken full advantage of!).

Great customer service and after service communication. Savannah is very welcoming and makes you feel comfortable. She’s knowledgeable about what she does and it shows in the results.

Skin Vault London was amazing from start to finish! So clean and a lovely studio and she really took the time to explain to me what the process was and answer any concerns or questions regarding my skin before hand to tailor the hydra facial. It was so relaxing and she also made sure to ask how the pressure was throughout. I came away feeling great and I had a lovely hydra facial. Definitely recommend.
